Hello,
If you want to be get divorced than you need to proof that your husband is together with another woman. This can be wheteher by witness or with photos and internet communications as well. On that point of view your husband will be faulty on that divorce case.

My husband has been living at another address than me for 2 years now, this was mostly for finacial reasons but at the same time spending a few nights with me and my children except when his parent visited he was known by lots of people to do this. We were planning to get back together at the end of this year. This morning after him staying last night and having relations I discovered he has been on the internet to a Russian woman and is planning on meeting her in Turkey in the next few weeks. While telling me and our children that his father is dying and he needs to go. How do I stand on obtaining a seperation agreement.

Dear Mr.Pedersen

Incase the drainage system has been installed incorrectly by the constructor and therefore you have the problem at the toilet than as separately owners of the flats you are able the sue the cosntructor at the court. At the court there will be made an expertise observation if the problem really comes from a mistake made by the constructor so the constructor will be judged in order to fix the problem incase he denies to fix the problem than you may be able to fix the problem and demand the cost you have done for the work from the constructor.

I am living in Denmark but owner of an apartment in Alanya, where I am in board of owners union. Our complex is new. In the basement floor is a common toilet room, which is connected to the rain drainage which makes it unuseable. Is it possible to require that constructor have to finalize it with correct mounting ? Does we have a case ?

Sie brauchen die Rechtskraeftige Gerichtsurkunde von Deustchen Gericht durch Turkishen Landsgericht annerkanen lassen, das ist alles. Sie brauchen keine scheidungsklage extra einreichen in der Turkei.
